Dennis Khoo

A veteran in the smartcard and RFID space, Dennis Khoo is the CEO and founder of Xerafy and brings with him 20 years of senior management, regional sales and business operation experience to help steer the company towards its mission of being the industry leader in Read-On-Metal tags and providing our global customers with affordable high performance tags with the smallest form factor yet.

There is nothing Dennis loves better than spending time with customers and leading entrepreneurial start-ups, and was responsible for the success of many startup ventures and businesses from Motorola, Schlumberger and Inside Contactless throughout his career. Dennis, a Singaporean, graduated from the National University of Singapore and has lived and worked for more than 10 years in Hong Kong and China.

Jim Pang

Jim Pang, Xerafy's chief operating officer, brings over 20 years of progressive financial and management control experiences throughout Asia Pacific in countries such Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong and China. He has held senior financial management and operational business partnership role with TNT Express, MCI WorldCom, Wimpey Plc, Mobile One and DHL. Prior to coming to China he served as the Country Financial Controller for Vietnam. In China he worked as an independent management consultant for SOX audit and due diligence compliance with Schlumberger Oil Services China.

Professionally, Jim’s financial and operational experiences encompass industries such as engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, oilfield services and freight logistics. In these management positions he has acted as the finance business partner and implemented financial management process control, as well as leading a variety financial and operational system initiatives.

Jason Chang

Jason Chang is the director of business operations and has spent the last 15 years in various IT engineering and system management roles. He is instrumental in overseeing many mission critical projects and ensuring the overall business flow and deployment for the Shanghai Port Authority and Sanlian Group Public Security.

Before joining Xerafy, Jason was the overseas business manager at Sontec and has helped bridge the needs of many customers with practical technical knowhow and drive successful RFID implementations. Jason is Chinese and graduated from Fudan University with a degree in computer network engineering.

Eric Heineman

Eric Heineman brings 20-plus years of experience in marketing, business development, and product line management to Xerafy. Most recently, Eric held the position of product line manager for RFID tags with Motorola, and was responsible for the development of RFID tag solutions in use today by companies such as CN Railroad, Montreal Transit Authority, BHP Billiton, Dow Chemical and many others. His broad knowledge of the competitive landscape and Systems Integrator channel in North America has provided Xerafy valuable industry perspective, market expertise, and industry relationships.

In addition to RFID, Eric brings strong cross-industry application expertise in the fields of industrial automation, process control, and printing, having held management positions with companies such as Rockwell Automation, ABB Instrumentation and Genicom Corporation. Eric is a graduate of the University of Maryland and resides in the Washington, DC area.

Amanda Gan

Amanda Gan is the head of group finance, managing overall group accounts and reporting. She previously worked for the international professional services firm Dezan Shira & Associates, providing accounting, auditing and tax advisory services to both international businesses and large corporations.

She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an approved diploma in the science of law. She is a certified accountant and has been a member of the ACCA, the global body for professional accountants, since 2008.

Allen Ho

Allen Ho is the corporate planning and strategic director and brings with him 30 years of top senior management experience from electronic, semiconductor, materials and chemical Fortune 500 companies such as Philips Semiconductor and has helped companies like Armstrong World Industries turnaround to become a profitable, zero-loan gearing No. 1 market leader from $50 million to $300 million revenue within two years. At Sherwin-Williams, he helped rebuild the business model to achieve the company's highest gross margin and fastest growth outside the United States for three consecutive years.

Allen graduated from both TARC College Univerity and MIM of Malaysia and also holds a Masters of Business Management from CSU Australia.

Eden Lau

Eden is the co-founder of Xerafy and executive in charge of the administrative affairs and instrumental in pulling resources together for the company. He has an entrepreneurial background and has spent the last five years in the construction engineering industry. Prior to that, Eden worked in print media.

He holds a social science degree and an MBA from Nanjing University and also studied economics at Kyushu University's Business School in Fukuoka, Japan.

Kelly Stark

Kelly Stark is the senior marketing manager for Xerafy. With 14 years experience in marketing with companies like AXCESS International and Texas Instruments, her strengths are in target marketing strategy and internet marketing techniques for business growth.

She has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.

Kelly enjoys sports and working in the community to motivate girls to play sports and investigate high-tech careers.
