Healthcare Business Development Manager

Healthcare is undergoing rapid adoption using RFID to track and manage assets in hospitals. Job description:

  • Work with Engineering and Management to create the strategic product roadmap for the target markets
  • Responsible for leading efforts to translate company’s strategic vision to tactical level
  • Lead in product positioning, messaging, sales forecasting for new product launches, lead in market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs
  • Develop short and medium term marketing strategies for increased market share, penetration and expansion

Antenna Engineer

Job description:

  • Defining design objective with product management team together;
  • RFID UHF Tag design for harsh environments that include Oil&Gas, healthcare, heavy industry, logistic etc;
  • Co-work other engineers to achieve product development objective;
  • Researching and collect the newest products and patents information to improve product development;
  • Cooperating with engineering and production team to ensure product suit for mass production;
  • Closely co-operation with key technical partners to build innovative products;
  • Generating new patent with IP engineer base on unique technology;
  • Providing technical support for sales team and customers;
  • Technical document handling include test report, project planing etc

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in RF , Microwave and electromagnetic field
  • At least 3~5 years of experience in GPS or bluetooth or cell phone or other RF antenna designing
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Good verbal and literal English skills

Finance Manager 

Job description:  

  • Lead the company finance teams in daily accounting operation to support business growth;
  • Structure the finance team and develop team members, to aim for a quality, effectiveness
  • Train and motivate the team;
  • Ensure group and local standards and accounting rules are fully in compliance;
  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate a healthy control environment according to group standards
  • Responsible for month-end closing and ensure accurate and transparent reporting on timely basis
  • Compile and analyze expense and cost accounts per management needs
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
  • Anticipate and manage risks for your activity
  • Prepare and liase with external auditor and authorities on statutory and tax matter
  • Handle ad hoc finance and tax related matter as and when required
