Director of Research and Development
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: CEO/COO

Position Overview

  • Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments
  • Plan and develop R&D projects
  • Conceptualize, architect and documents the company's product platforms, control equipment and next generation products
  • Organize, implement and control project management and administration functions
  • Oversee the execution of company development projects
  • Develop, implement and supervise unified (standard) engineering processes, policies and methods

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to think conceptually and analyze operational data impacting company resources
  • Expert knowledge of R&D, engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good English skills, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese advantageous

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MSC or PHD desirable
  • At least 10 years of experiences in managing product development
  • Technical expertise necessary to oversee and direct electronic, mechanical, RF antenna design, ceramic documentation development and reliability and certification functions
  • MNC experience preferred

Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Engineering Division Head / Plant GM

Position Overview

  • Study and improve copper wire technology to meet yield and quality targets
  • Optimize process capability to obtain the highest UPH and MTBA
  • Establish technology database and process control system to minimize new device release cycle and reliability risk
  • Handle customer complaints and communicate with customers or other site experts to share technology/management experience
  • Train skills, process requirements, procedures, specs, and rules for MFG/EE/IPQC
  • Finish cost improvement plan

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of semiconductor assembly, especially copper wire bonding
  • Strong material engineering knowledge and mechanical design knowledge
  • Familiar with QC tools Familiar with DOE tool
  • Trouble shooting and debug capabilities
  • Understand ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,TS16949, TL9000 and QC080000 standards with the basic knowledge/familiarity of RoHS requirements

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in EE, engineer, Physics or material Science; M. S. degree or above is preferred
  • More than 5 years of Semiconductor Industry or assembly related experiences
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, Auto CAD and windows operation
  • Good communication skills
  • Good spoken English Good report and data analysis capabilities

Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Operation Manager

Position Overview

  • Define incoming inspection instructions for each part with correct sampling plan, criteria etc.
  • Lead quality issue solution through 8D method, update and ensure follow up of the action plan with suppliers
  • Work with the sourcing team to identify, select, and assess new potential suppliers, and make recommendations to management
  • Work with the NPI team to ensure that new suppliers deliver high quality parts quickly
  • Conduct regular MRB review with team on non-conforming materials to correct problem areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret complex part drawings
  • Familiar with ISO9001 and knowledge of quality tool application (CP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.) to prevent and solve supplier quality issues
  • SOP creation and instruction experience for parts inspection
  • Logical thinking, responsible, good communications and good team player
  • Skilled knowledge of Windows Office
  • Ability to travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience of new supplier qualification and supplier quality management
